  • Creating a Venn Diagram using Word

Initial Post Instructions

Use Survey Monkey to create a survey that asks your peers a question to get to know them better. The question should be formatted with two answer options, the option “Both” and the option “None of the Above”.  For example,   

Do you like:  

a) Strawberry  

b) Chocolate 

c) Both 

d) None of the Above  

Once you create the survey, initiate a post:

1. List the question
2. List the answer choices
3. Provide the link so your peers and I can participate in your survey.   

Then, complete your peers’ survey. Please participate in at least 5 surveys (the more the better!).

Follow-Up Post Instructions

Required: Towards the end of the week, respond to your own post: 

1. Create a Venn diagram presenting your results.
   • Feel free to create a Venn Diagram on notebook paper, take a picture, and embed in your discussion.
   • Creating a Venn Diagram using Word
2. Under the Venn diagram, write a paragraph explaining the Venn diagram you created. 

Optional: Reply to at least one peer, drawing conclusions from the Venn diagram presented.  

Remember to go above the "Good job" and "I agree" type of replies. You want to show analysis in your replies...show what you have learned from the week.
